Magic Mold Blast® is specifically designed to replace dense particle media previously used in the molding industry. (i.e.: glass bead.) Damage caused by the use of this type of dense media requires mold re-tooling after 3 or 4 cycles. Magic MoldBlast removes mold release, debris and stains from the molds much faster with no damage to the mold and with much less dust.

Magic MoldBlast cleans faster at 25 to 35 psi than dense media at 100 to 120 psi due to particle shape. Also Magic MoldBlast can be recycled 15 to 20 times compared to glass bead which can be recycled 2 to 3 times at best. This media is a 100% polymer blend, which eliminates damage to equipment (i.e.; hoses, valves, nozzles, etc.) Sizing may be varied to accommodate needed application.
