US Technology's dry blasting process beats chemical stripping on several fronts. Plastic blasting media works faster and creates less residue than chemical paint strippers or other media. Our media products are manufactured from thermoset plastics geared to perform rapidly and minimize waste. When applied to hard or delicate surfaces at the appropriate process parameters, our materials rapidly remove the unwanted paint or coating. Compared to chemicals, our process maintains a favorable environment inside and outside your facility. The residue left by US Technology's blasting process can be recycled. No hazardous waste is generated from our de-paint process.

US Technology has long been an innovative and recognized recycler of spent plastic blasting media. Our recycling program eliminates haz-waste materials. As a result, participants in our recycle program are not generators of hazardous waste.

SEALTECH® is the only Architectural Concrete Masonry Unit to be third party certified "Green," making it the only environmentally friendly concrete masonry unit to potentially qualify for LEED© credits. This revolutionary new product is stronger, less porous and more aesthetically uniform than standard concrete masonry units.
